Styles Include: Movements from the Requiem Mass are continually being used as film score. Most notable perhaps is the Dies Irae movement which was featured in XMen-2 and the Lacrimosa movement which has been used very much, including in the ShowTime series "The Tudors".

Volume 2: The Great Mass In C Minor Two short sacred works accompany the Great Mass in this collection. First is the Alleluia from Mozart's motet entitled Excultate, Jubilate. The second is his sublime Ave Verum Corpus for chorus and orchestra - one of the most spiritual works in our culture. Added to this is the complete recording of Mozart's Great Mass in C Minor.
Styles Include: Even though Mozart never truly completed the work, the mass has the title of 'Great Mass' as it is, along with his Requiem, considered one of the greatest works for orchestra and choir ever written.
Features music for Full Choir and Orchestra. The most famous movements of the Great Mass are the Kyrie, the Sanctus and the Jesu Christe, Cum Sancto. The latter movement, with a full fugue for the chorus, shows Mozart's debt to the music of Bach and Handel.
