Adagio assai, Mov't 2 from Symphony No. 3 in E-flat major, Op. 55 (Eroica) by Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827). This second movement from the Eroica symphony is a funeral march. This piece is often performed at state funerals and other memorial occassions.
