Standard License Agreement

When you purchase this product from UniqueTracks, the contents of the CD's are licensed, not sold, to you by UniqueTracks, for commercial use in broadcast, film, web, multimedia, on-hold messaging, trade shows, etc.

You may use any of the songs or remixes in synchronization with the visuals, text or other multimedia content in a commercial or non-commercial production without any additional licensing fees.

You may produce and sell a product that contains music from the UniqueTracks production library without any additional licensing fees providing the end user of your product is restricted from obtaining direct access to the music for personal use.

For example, you can mass produce and market a CD-ROM which incorporates our music in its soundtrack, but you cannot make available or bundle a copy of our products (our CDs or any of the tracks therein) with your CD-ROM for your customers to edit, copy, or use as they wish.

To be sure you are using the music correctly within the standard license agreement, just make sure to use the music in the background or in a supporting/secondary way. As long as our tracks are not the main content of your product, you are using the music correctly within the license agreement.

Please use the following crediting guidelines on any production that utilizes material from UniqueTracks royalty free music.

Credits will be given to UniqueTracks when any other credits appear and where deemed suitable - i.e. "Music created and produced by UniqueTracks". For some non-broadcast situations, we realize that crediting is not always possible. While it is entirely ok, in a non-broadcast production, to use our music and not credit UniqueTracks, we ask that if you have the space, please give us a credit.

Broadcast (Network, public, cable) of this music is cleared through the performing rights society BMI or ASCAP, whose revenues are collected directly from broadcast station licensing, not from you as a producer. Please indicate the song or remix title on your cue sheet for the broadcast company. This information is contained on each individual UniqueTracks CD collection.

Reproduction or duplication of UniqueTracks royalty free music CDs for the purposes of giving, trading, lending, renting, reissue, redistribution or resale, is strictly prohibited without the written consent of UniqueTracks. This license is granted for a single user only. (In other words, it's just like a standard software license, you cannot manufacture or copy this product and sell it, lend it or give it away, etc.)
