Secure Server Technology
Credit Card Security
We use Thawte’s Secure Commerce Server (SSL123 Certificate (128-bit)) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place an online order so that it can not be read in transit.
Web Browsers tend to show SSL security in different ways. Icons like locks or keys are used to show that your connection is secure. When your browser displays an icon like this
lock icon you know your connection is in Secure Mode mode and your information in being encrypted. Some browsers may notify you with a pop-up screen that you are entering secure mode.
The URL will start with https:// when in secure mode (not the standard http://). This is another way to know you are now using the company’s secure server.
