The answer is with the customer - ask them

This has become our mantra here. We like to call ourselves the Creative Production Music Library but I’ve learned that unless we are in constant contact with our customers we’ll miss a lot of ways we can make the company better.

Case in point, today I got a fine recommendation from a customer who licensed 2 tracks to use as soundtrack in her production. The music worked really well, her client was impressed - “our project looks and now sounds awesome. Kaleidoscope was the perfect opener”. This is great to hear, this is what UniqueTracks wants to provide.

However, she went on to ask why UniqueTracks didn’t offer a full-length CD that could be customized to the direct needs of the customer. She had wanted to buy several tracks from many different CD collections but license them at the same deep discounts that are offered for our CD collections.

We’re going to get this done. We’re going to create a custom CD product where you can choose up to 10 tracks from any set in the library and have them sent to you on a CD or as a CDROM bundle. The advantage of this is that you will get the same price savings as our specially priced CD sets, but you will get customization as well. We are going to bring this online hopefully by early 2006.
