Deborah Vancelette is an independent filmmaker and actress living in California.
A harried business woman rushes through her day without even taking  a moment to blink. She should have.	Deborah's first film, an eight-minute short entitled "blink", first premiered in 2001. Since then it has received special recognition from over 35 international film festivals including the Zephyr Film Festival (Los Angeles), the Roma Independent Film Festival and the MethodFest Film Festival.

Not only did Deborah direct blink she did pretty much every job you can think of during the making of the film   - producer, editor (first time), casting director, director of photography, camera operator, sound design, grip, craft services… not to mention starring in the film.

For the film's soundtrack, Deborah chose the song From the Shadows from our Pianoscapes collection. From the Shadows evokes a haunting, ethereal quality. There is a tension to the track, like we are watching, waiting for something to happen.

Like its title suggests, BLINK is a meditation on a moment in time, a moment that will destroy one life and change another forever. Deborah Vancelette has created a thoroughly engaging film with BLINK. Music from the UnqiueTracks lounge collection, The Martini Sessions, provides the soundtrack for Abracadabra, a clever update on classic computer games like Donkey Kong and Super Mario Brothers.

When playing Abracadabra, you find potions, keys,
bags of gold while taking a wand-waving wizard on a spellbinding journey.

The feeling is playful, light-hearted, creating a breezy atmosphere as you play the game. There is also a campy, tongue-in-cheek element which is amplified by the "retro=lounge" soundtrack.
